Hello you guys and hope your day was blessed! I wanted to share something that i did today with just 2 ingredients! That's right TWO! That's all it took to make this delightful snack!
It was so good and scrumptious! Next time though i will bake them for a little longer so they can be just a little bit crispier. Other than that, they were really good & their healthy too! Perfect for any toddler :)
All you need is 2-3 apples and cinnamon. Cut them up as thin as you can but not too thin!
Set them on your cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle cinnamon on them. Put them in the oven at about 200-225 F for an hour in a half, flip them over (at this point you can sprinkle more cinnamon on the opposite side) and continue to bake for another hour in a half to two hours.
Once there done wait for them to cool to transfer them to a plate or a ziplock baggy.

Oh they are so beautiful! I did something similar last year in attempts to make Christmas ornaments. I dried mine on a rack on top of my wood burner. They smelled & tasted so good we ended up eating most of them, lol. Yours turned out so pretty! ♥ Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteOh!!! I've made two batches of these since I found your blog. They are very yummy! Parchment paper is definitely the key. I tried wax paper the first time and about 1/4 of them stuck. Now I'm looking forward to trying the apple butter. I hope your friends enjoy the tea recipe from my blog!
